Particles larger than 40 mm are fed to a hammer mill, followed by fractionation, or removed outside the process chain.
Breakdown by fractions 0-5, 0-10, 5-20, 15-40, over 40 mm allows to obtain a peat base of substrates with the required particle sizes and a minimum number of foreign inclusions.
7 dispensers for making dry and 2 for making liquid components allows to obtain high-quality substrates with the required pH and with a percentage of micro- and macrocells that meet the requirements of the Customer.
It is possible to introduce four types of fertilizers in a solid state, perlite and vermiculite, fertilizer solutions, a wetting agent, which can reduce the duration of substrate water consumption in greenhouse conditions.
It is technologically possible to mix various types and fractions with sand or clay to use the resulting mixture as a basis for substrates.
The equipment of the line allows you to direct the resulting product to the packaging line in a cute one with a volume of 3 / 4.5 / 5.2 cubic meters. .
The line includes a press for packaging the resulting product by compression with a coefficient of 2.1. With the top of the bag brewing, as well as equipment for marking, installing received packages of 3 / 4.5 / 5.2 cubic meters on pallets and transportation them outside the technological line for storage and shipment to the customer. The performance of the press allows you to get 20 packs per hour.
The plant’s own independent laboratory regularly conducts chemical, physical and biological analyzes of peat mixtures, which makes it possible to introduce strict quality control of products.
